CONFERENCE ON MIND-BODY CONNECTION

The Center for Mind-Body Medicine's Comprehensive Cancer Care Conference brings the complementary and alternative medical world together with the American cancer establishment. This year's conference is cosponsored by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and NIH's National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), and will cover groundbreaking research for physicians, other health professionals, cancer patients and their families. The conference will be held October 19-21, 2001, Hyatt Regency Crystal City, Arlington, VA, with a pre-conference workshops October 17-18. The New Yorker magazine called this conference "The most important medical meeting in America." The Center for Mind-Body Medicine has also transcribed the proceedings from all the previous conferences which are available free of charge on their website.
