Dad's Lost
My husband's dad has been suffering with cancer for a long time now. He is 79 getting ready to turn 80 in August. He has really been going down hill since last year. He aches all over with his cancer and there is nothing that they can really do at this point. He is on the verge of loosing his hearing. He had to get hearing aids and he has them turned up as high as they will go and he still has trouble hearing. He complains about pain in his lower back real bad. Recently he has had a spot come out on his arm that is a dark spot and his doctor informed him that this is the cancer. Recently we found out that it was in his lungs and awhile back they took out one kidney and it had cancer in it. He also had a testical removed and it had cancer in it. Pretty much it is everywhere and there is nothing to do to slow it down. The doctor is giving him shots in his hip every week for 8 wks to try to help build his blood count up. Right now we just don't know what to expect. I know that we can always pray and hope.
